They don't know what it's like to have their point of view excluded by a third of the female performers that catch their eye. Female talent are told by directors that their fanbase and value will go if they work with men of my race. They are told people won't look at them the same if they work with men of my race because of societal racial bigotry. Scenes with men of my race aren't even considered scenes with guys. They are treated as an extreme act with a 'thing'. And quit saying IR. Only men of my race are excluded. Others races are not. So yeah, we will not feel the same way.

Name an agency and/or studio run and headed by an African-American that carries significant weight in the industry. Maybe changing the logistical infrastructure would enable a shift in the perception, maybe... Maybe not (legitimately, through paid subscriptions as that's the primary arbiter) patronizing said Frenchman's franchises that not only exploit, but subtly/quietly encourage such behavior would also benefit, maybe... As to whether or not other races are excluded, you also apparently are in definitive firsthand knowledge of this as well... Instead of an outsider's perspective, and airing your personal grievances onto what you've designated as a mirror that accurately reflects what goes on in a larger societal whole...
If said Frenchman were as equitable as his self promotion may try and proffer, wouldn't it be far more honest to use African-American male talent as freely as Caucasian ones in his 2 other major franchises that DON'T exploit the race card? He's part of the narrative, good/bad - and it doesn't necessarily dissuade anyone of the contemptuous attitudes you're citing, but him opting to do so...
