Now that I was able to see the scene, it confirms what I said before, these guys came from Japan, they were able to book her and managed that in a scene of almost two hours she did oral creampie (twice), creampie, being toyed with a giant hitachi and a vibrator. The JAV culture is way different than western porn culture. For starters the pay is a hell of a lot better, for women at least.
