I looked at your reviews. I'm making a guess here, but it sounds like you think that when you provide your email in the review submission page where it asks for your email, it will insert your email link into the review. This is not the case. That field is only for Steph and Drew to know how to get a hold of you in case they have a question about your review. To insert an email link into your review itself, you have to use the following HTML code within the review:
[invalid URL removed]Email me
Substituting "YourEmailAddress@my.adultdvdtalk.com" with the email address you wish readers to contact you at. You can also substitute the "Email me" with whatever you want... this is the portion that will be visible in the review and that will become the link. Make sense?
I hope I'm not making false assumptions and interpretting your question incorrectly. If you have further questions... your welcome to ask.
The beginning should be <a>, not <a. MLyons would have caught this I am sure. I just write out my email address, but I am just too lazy to change my format.
Thanks for reading my reviews. I suppose like anyone else that writes them, I've wondered if anyone has taken a look at them. I'm going to me writing 2 more soon.
Now I have another question. Once I have submitted a review, and it gets posted, how do I go back and re-edit it?

Renee,
You may not get much, if any, feedback on reviews and especially on the number of reads they get.
But the reviews section is the most accessed area here at ADT, and reviews are usually not read in the thousands, but in the tens of thousands of times.
Unfortunately for the review writer, most don't know this.
Send your correction to webmaster@adultdvdtalk.com with the subject "Review Correction" and include the link to the review (must include the SKU number of the review that appears in the link when you read the review in question) and the name of the DVD. Be very clear what needs to be corrected or include the HTML for the entire corrected review (preferred).

we do have plans to add reviewer profiles, and provide reviewers log ins to edit their own reviews. in the meantime, like saki said, email me corrections - if there are a lot, please email me the entire review with html. i don't need the sku anymore (i have a new edit page), just the title.
within the first couple weeks a single review is read approx 1000 times. as time goes on most reviews hit 10,000 and higher. many things affect the requests on a review, from search engine listings to iafd.com to bargains to the title itself. sometimes a review will get a good google listing a month after you wrote it and it will skyrocket in reads.
when we redo the review system we can look into adding some kind of read count.
I've read your reviews too and they are very good. I've only gotten a couple of email responses on reviews I've written, though I haven't done that many. I've only sent comments to reviewers a couple of times though I've read hundreds of reviews.
The same goes for other types of internet publishing. Stories that I've put up on other sites have only gotten a couple of comments, though I'm told they are popular.
