I'm also going to be printing photographs of her, then I will mail them to her in jail, as she's allowed 5 photographs per week. If you write her, she will send an autographed picture (but at least send her some commissary money if you can, anything will help this poor soul). CURRENT BIOGRAPHY My friend, Emily Evermore (that's not her real name) is currently in jail, and she may be facing state prison depending the outcome of her 11/20/08 court date/arraignment. After she was kicked-out of a court ordered (Proposition 36) drug rehab program back in late September 2008, she ran into some usual "retired" pornstar bad habits, and she was arrested last week. Now, she may be facing state prison time. I'm trying to find her normal sober friends, because she seems constantly surrounded by bad friends. She's a very good person, and she has a good heart; however, she currently finds herself confused and lost after her leaving the porn industry, which deceived and robbed her of her purpose in life, just as all other pornstars are deceived. Anyways, she needs good friends, and she needs a good boyfriend, of which I told her I would help her find. Please, help show Emily that there are people out there who still care. Write me, and I'll forward you her jail contact information. Or if you want an autographed picture of her, write her and tell her, but please at least don't jip her. She's trying to stay positive, but it's difficult because she has no money to buy anything in there, as other inmates can purchase snacks, etc, but Emily is somewhat in a crisis. At least, I remember reading that and it certainly left the impression that she had challenged the powers to be that weren't going to just turn the other cheek. I also remember reading or hearing directly from her that she had a TERRIBLE upbringing. When Howard Stern has a porn star on, he almost always asks her if she was molested or had something horrible happen that drove her into porn and most always say no. I think Emily said something (not on Howard) like she was into prostitution and drugs before porn and was on the streets or on her own...maybe an orphan. I'm not sure on everything, because it's been so long since I read/heard these things but they did come out of her mouth and not from rumors. I immediately felt very sorry for her, that she was in the business for the wrong reasons, and she would probably not do well, and maybe even have something bad happen to her. She came across as someone who didn't like herself and actually felt like she existed to be used. Honestly, that's how she came across. When she "disappeared" I figured it was not to change her life and get better. I assumed the worst. While I'd love to see her again, I really hope that she comes back with her head back on straight and some guidance and not just for the allure of the great money for sex that porn offers. I think whether you strip away her sexuality of not, anyone can see their sister or friend in Emily. It's awful to think anyone is running around there so messed up and, while I know there are many more out there than her, it makes you more aware of it when you see it up close and it does make me wonder if even watching her scenes is me exploiting someone. I guess that I just wish her happiness as I would anybody else. Not everyone in the biz can have their shit together and deal with everything as well as, say, Dana Dearmond, but Emily seems to be personification of what a lot of people think porn girls are and that's not good for anyone. PS-Also, I've only and always seen her listed as Emilly Evermoore. You'd think if the person on craigslist was on the up and up, they'd know how to correctly spell her porn name. You get that chocolate cookie and candy bar but in the package you must get things like oysters or spam. There were a few things even worse than that. And this is supposed to be SPECIAL, so you don't just have to live on the regular prison food. It shouldn't be THAT hard, with such a limited choice of snacks they offer, to let the buyer pick out from a list of choices they want to buy. If you know someone in prison who loves snickers and doritoes, you should be able to load them up with that and not have mixed in spam and oysters and all kinds of snacks that had the words HOT or SUPER HOT. You'd think that kind of spicy food wouldn't be the best thing for the people confined to small spaces. [Link] |

A couple of years ago she attended AVN in Vegas and walked right up to me at my booth and said "I want to be a pornstar can you help me?" I was a little surprised that she chose to ask me instead of someone at one of the video production company booths, but I said sure. We talked for a little while. She had this great southern accent (not sure if it was fake or not) and a charm to her, and she convinced me that she really wanted to be a pornstar. My initial reaction was to talk her out of it, but she was persistent. I was able to find Joel Lawrence from Goldstar on the floor of the show and brought him over to my booth so they could talk. After a couple of minutes, she signed up with Goldstar and started her career. She may of even shot in Vegas that weekend. She has always been a sweet girl and its sad that she is in this situation. Her bail is $130,000 and I think you only need to post 10%, so certainly no one is willing to risk 13k on her. She had a hearing on the 20th and the next one is scheduled for December 4th. She'll be on day 44 in jail by that date. Unless it's a mistake, they've also revoked her right to have visitors. I know people have to be responsible for their own actions, but I still feel horrible for anyone that ends up like this. Hopefully, she will get help and, once out, finally get her life together.
