I used it for an order a couple weeks ago but I ended up cancelling the order shortly after (changed my mind). And now the coupon won't work; I guess because the system thinks I used it already? But I cancelled the order, so it shouldn't count against me, right? I already e-mailed customer service about this 4-5 days ago, with no response at all. Thought maybe I'd have more luck asking in this forum since the ADT reps here seem to be pretty responsive. [Link] |
