It's like saying, if a girl takes too many shits she will eventually lose control of her bowels. The sphincter is a muscle. I would think that anal sex would be good exercise for it. Ergo, anal sex would prevent incontinence. There may be other hazards, of course; but as I said, I'm not a doctor...... [Link]

However, I deal with a lot of doctors at my "real" job, and it is true that too much anal sex can result in reduced loss of sphincter muscle control, and thus, one can lose control of their bowels. Like any other physical practice which may wear out a muscle or joint, the intensity and the frequency of the act plays a big factor. If this were true than most gays and modern porn stars would be incontinent. Of course the sphincters have to be trained to stretch more than nature initially planned but if not exceeded this will be within margins where the muscles will still be able to contract completely and thus close the rectum. There are known cases in which these margins were exceeded and in those cases the owner of those muscles was not able anymore to close the anus completely. This would mean incontinence if the person would have diarrhea, a normal sized and solid excrement should still be held at the exit. At older age people tend to loose muscle tone and control over involuntary muscles, often leading to incontinence of faeces or urine in elderly people. If in such a case the anal sphincters were trained lifelong to stretch by anal penetration of objects or penises the incontinence will start at an earlier moment than in people who did not stretch their anal sphincters. It all depends of how much the sphincter was trained to stretch and the genetically determined muscle tone of the person. But young women who have anal sex frequently will definitely not loose control over their bowels unless they train their sphincters to stretch to such an extent that they cannot contract enough to close the anus. Keep also in mind that when the training stops the muscle will gradually revert to its genetically determined proportions, thus restoring its ability to close completely. In case an anus is violated by too big an object, the muscle(s) might rupture. The healing process will mend the gap with fibroid tissue that is static, not able to contract or stretch. In such a case the anus will have problems with all material coming in or out, depending of the amount of fibrosis and this will remain for the rest of this person’s life. Quite a story but the answer to your question is not simply “yes” or “no”. Yes, there are freaks that have overstretched their sphincters and became incontinent but they are few and once they stop stretching the muscles, these will slowly revert to their natural state.
