One thing that never ceases to amaze me is the seemingly endless supply of gorgeous new girls apparently ready and very willing to appear in hardcore porn movies.

Where DO they all come from?

Do porn producers have to go out actively looking for nubile young females (newspaper ads, modelling agencies and the like), or are they actually besieged by sexy young things banging down their doors and falling over themselves AND each other to take Lex Steele's, Everhard's & co.'s dicks up their orifices in front of a rolling camera??!! Are they enticed by generous cash rewards? Do some of them do it in the naive hope that it will lead to a break in "mainstream" movies? Or does California (where I'm lead to believe that about 90% of U.S. porn is made) simply have way more than its fair share of hot & horny 20-something floras?

I'd be intrigued to know the ins & outs of the recruitment process in the porn business. If only "recruiting" girls in the "real" world were that easy (he says laughing)!!!!!!

Every year more US-porn is actually made with the participation of Slavic, Rumanian and Hungarian girls. I think this is important to remember.

While a lot of them just want to test new gained freedom on all levels of life, the majority is attracted by the really good money to be earned. In Prague only 1 dp is currently payed more $$$ than the average Czech worker earns in a month! Mouth-to-mouth propaganda plays an important role amongst East girls. One Russian girl might start to work on porn set in Prague and next month producer has 3 friends of her asking for same work. And so on...

My porn fan friend from Kiew/Ukraine - working at setting up a porn agency there at the moment - told me he only published 3 advertizements offering <fast $$$ for film-loving girls without shame aged 18-24 wanting to act abroad> and he got hundrets of calls within days!

I know this is only the East side of the porn talent supply and probabely you are more wondering about the West side. But I can tell you, East side will get bigger and bigger each year.

But, in West as in East I think without advertizement nothing goes.

in California, Porn Valley, the epicenter of the XXX video industry there isn't an endless parade of new talent. Which is one reason studios are shooting in Prague, Budapest, Montreal etc. There are more hardcore girls from Socal and who migrate there than any place else on Earth but there aren't really enough hot new girls to go around which is why when a pretty new one arrives you will see her EVERYWHERE, in DVD movies and all over the Internet.


I sell morephotography than videos, still photos aren't as forgiving as video so I'm always desperate for more pretty girls to hit L.A. - 6 or 7 out of 10 girls I send out from the L.A. porn agencies or who answer our ads get rejected. Not cute enough, bad fake tits, too old, too many tattoos.

.. which leads me on to a second question: Why always the insistence on so-called "perfection" by porn producers? namely aged 18 - 24, not an ounce of fat, stunning looks, perfect tits etc. etc. "Tens" in other words.
I personally (and I'd wager I'm not alone) can also get off happily on much less than "perfection" - anything from "fives" to "nines" depending on my mood. And let's face it, perhaps 99.5 per cent of the planet's entire female population are the NOT stunners of the type you find in porn movies. Older women too can also be incredibly sexy and fuckable - sometimes more so even than all these Barbie-doll twenty-somethings.

Thoughts anyone?
