I thought the pace of the movie was going nowhere.. the scenes dragged on for MUCH too long, with the music (rythmically)out of sync with the rest of the movie and often changing during a scene. There was no 'heat' and I found myself fast-forwarding all the time because I was getting extremely bored.. yes, it's pretty to look at but it's simply not interesting! The scenes all had good ideas but were ruined by endless repetitions and obvious boredom of the performers, it would have worked well as a soft version with 4-5 minutes per scene (at the max!) Yes, the fire at the end was ridiculous too (esp. during the whole 15 minutes!) I would have given it a 3 max, and only for the great make-up and set design, but I though it was going nowhere slow..
