I don't know if it's illegal per se but if someone were to produce that content it's a pretty easy target for a prosecutor to go after.

The more 'wild' content it the harder it seems to be be to justfiy. By all rights it should be legal as fine artists have been doing enema paintings and ass art for years. So if it can be without a doubt considered as 'art' then logically you can defend an enema film as art.
It all boils down to a question of what is obscene and what is not. And that is not a question that can be answered.
By that same logic, why is fisting illegal? Why is 5 fingers from one hand illegal whereas 8 fingers from 2 hands is legal? It makes no sense.
These are not so much laws as they are guidelines to avoiding legal hassles.
