Out of curiousity Rump how much tax & duty was added to the cost of the dvd's? Assuming the retailer declared the true value of your order, any tax & duty owed would have been paid upfront by FedEx. This is then claimed back from you plus their admin costs as you have just found out. £21 for a £8 dvd looks a bit steep. [Link] |

I paid the Fed-Ex $18 shipping plus £24 tax, AND a WHOPPING £4.50 ADMIN charge. Daylight robbery! What I mean is that if you total up all the "extras" in tax and shipping, and that bleedin' admin charge, the £8 "bargain" dvds cost me £21 each. Hardly a bargain. I don't know exactly, but it's not worth getting into the shit about it, know what I mean? But do write and complain, the more letters they get the better.
