I wonder if the men in the porn business suffer from Erectile Disfunction. I have seen some scenes in porn that make me wonder if some of the men take Viagra or Levitra to keep it up. Some of these guys cum and never lose their erection, it just stays up and they keep fucking for 10 more minutes. If they are not can anyone tell me their secret?

I mean I can't really speak to this but in my opinion they are able to stay hard because they probably don't wank it all the time between days on the job, that way they are horny when the scene comes and stay hard like they are 18. Also, I think that there are scene breaks in places we don't really notice as viewers, so the hard-on may be worked on off camera (is the fluff girl fact or fiction?). Interesting thought about the ED drugs, maybe in some cases??? I don't know, I am curious too!

I have seen scenes with Dirty harry and Jay crew and those older men have erections for well over 25 minutes and I was wondering if it was because of some pill. And their was one guy who shot a scene with Monique Fuentes and he popped a load just 5 minutes into the scene and then he just kept going after that with no let down.

hashphish, the best non-pharmaceutical treatment I've read for ED is exercise that emphasis cardiovascular fitness.
Strictly speaking from a physical perspective of ED, general ways to prevent and improve ED is through improving cardiovascular function (CV). Although poor CV function and ED is not mutual exclusive, many diseases effecting CV function and vascular anatomy tend to increase ED occurrence (e.g., diabetes). In this post-Viagra era, you should continue seeing more studies linking...
1). poor cardiovascular function affects ED
2). CV diseases and vascular diseases affect ED probability
3). cardiovascular exercise improves ED & a possible non-pharmaceutical treatment (including prophylactic treatment)
4). ED rates in US rising, even after controlling for aging population, reflecting the increasing sedentary behavior (poor CV health) in US
Recent efforts by medical community and researchers have already started to link CV and ED.
Using this line of thought, I would bet that Air Force pilots have the lowest rates of ED due to their physically demanding jobs, high CV health, and CV techniques to counter G-lock (alike Kegel exercises in sex).

I take Viagra and have tried all three available ED drugs and can say that they don't keep your dick hard for hours at a time without a break like the male talent seem to be able to (maybe if I took a triple dose, never tried that -- but that would be dangerous). People that take Viagra still have to be turned on in order for the drug to work, if the girl is ugly the drug will not work. If talent uses anything I bet they use Caverject, which is an injectable medication (it is injected into the dick) that legitimately causes an erection in paraplegics. That drug would cause a constant erection for 2-3 hours in the target population but in a person with normal or near-normal function could cause the effect described below.
I also would not recommend taking ED drugs if you don't have a bona-fide condition requiring them as there are reports of people having erections that won't go away and require surgery because blood flow to the penis is cut off and it starts to hurt severely. Once a person has this surgery the ability to have an erection is gone and a metal hinged implant (essentially a constant erection and a manner to bend the dick up to fuck and down to be out of the way when not fucking) must be inserted permanently.

It's possible some do. I'd say it's even likely in an industry like porn that you're seeing Viagra fueled erections more often than not.
However, IF it's natural, I would say that it's likely that there's no real "secret" to it. I'd say it's just a natural ability (or talent, if you like) that particular man has. Maybe it's like being particularly good at running or being really well coordinated in a way that makes you better at a particular sport.

Yes, I am. As you would infer, it is not a common operation. No, I don't have it.
