After reading this post in this forum dealing with various versions of certain DVDs, I thought it'd be worthwhile posting this.

Just had a look at EroDVD's website and noticed in their new release section they have some "real" EA DVDs available, as in from the cover shots it appears that they're the US releases and hopefully will have all of the extras etc, although they'll be NTSC of course.

Aside from the categories such as Shiva that we're used to dealing with, these "proper" looking EA discs are under the heading "The Evil Empire". There's only 7 there so far, and one of them is obviously a Euro verision (Once You Go Black), and the price is 30 euros but it's still a nice step for those of us who purchase from Europe and prefer our EA DVD's in their original form (with extras intact).

cheers,

scipio

I've seen alot of improvements made to 'erodvd.nl' over the past year.
I've always been very happy with the service and product but they have really improved their website.

Overall, a more varied library of DVD's available.
Its good to see more EA DVD's available

Yes, EroDVD have definitely got better recently. I hope their EA discs are the real US ones - if someone has bought one and can confirm here, that would be useful. Or Aline herself of course!

On a related note, I thank EroDVD for introducing me to the delights of Purzel Video productions. Oh my. Oh my oh my! These films are awesome and just what I've been looking for for a long time. The girls, the camera angles, the quality. Everything is just right. Thanks EroDVD!

I've had a look on Erodvd.nl for the 'Purzel' DVD's but couldn't find them. Are they under a different name? or have they been discontinued?

They haven't got around to adding that studio to the lefthand menu yet. Purzel is shown on the righthand side list of newly added studios, but you have to click "Best" at the top right first.

In fact, there's quite often stuff accessible via the righthand side menus that isn't on the left! EroDVD ought to get on the case with that. A direct link is here anyway.
