As I've said before:
I understand it can be very frustrating when emails are not returned quickly, but you have to realise that the companies that do monitor the forum do so to a greater or lesser extent. In simple terms this means one company may check this forum once or twice a week, while another may check only once every 2 or three weeks.Like the Performers who post here (Tricia Devaroux, Tom Byron, Jenna Jameson, Tina Tyler, Kimi Lixx, Heaven Leigh, Laineyx, and anyone else I've missed), the companies do so to varying degrees and also in occasional spurts of high activity followed by very few posts at all.
Please by all means, post here to let us know if you've placed an order, beencharged for it and recieve no feedback (or order) after repeated emails, but posts where an email (or four) to the company involved would do just as well will be locked, and in future, depending on each case, I may ask to be deleted.
As I said, this forum is definately for discussion about companies both good and bad, and I see that you have made some effort to contact them by your quoted material, but the post is directed at an individual from a retailer, and so is somewhat uselessly posted here.
In this case, diapason, please send this query directly to Aline via email. I even would go so far as to reccomend you post an email every 2 days if you recieve no answer whatsoever a few days after the first one (allowing for international weekends).
If you hve been charged for product not sent, of course please feel free to elaborate, but I just want to stress that this forum is not the place to post directly to any individual from any retailer if you expect a reply (especially for the reasons I posted above, regarding retailers checking this forum irregularly).
