i got exactly the same problem. I got an orderconfirmation from erodvd stating that my shipment will arive the next few days..this will be 3 weeks ago, and i havnt gotten anything?. My email bout a week ago has been ignored so far...

Even though the "rules" are not yet in place (and Drew posted it after madden55 posted his initial thread), the guidelines that he mentions make sense (especially the first one). Retailers look here. Including order number information would allow the stores who see these problems to investigate them for you. I'm not saying that having order information will guarantee that Erodvd.nl sees your posts and fixes the problem. However, not including this information will certainly prevent them from being able to do so. [Link] |
