I asked them to send the two disks separately to avoid Customs problems and today I got an acknowledgement apologising that they'd fulfilled the order and weren't sure if they could stop the disks and pack them separately. Now that's being quick off the mark! Now, before anybody accuses me of being naive, even if this is a bit of flannel to cover up an oversight, it's the sort of thing I'd like to hear more of.
