I know they're working on getting their new and improved website up and running at the moment, though it should not stop them from answering emails.

I use the address: customerservice@erovideo.nl most times and have no trouble, try that one.

good luck,

I think some orders take a long time if the movies are not in stock. Erodvd is great but they have a little stock problem. I ordered 4 DVD's on Monday and I still haven't received it and I live in Holland. I think they should adjust their confirmation mail. Now it says that will deliver the order in three days, I think they should change that into: we will try to deliver the order in three days.

I recently ordered for the first time with them and noticed that it was a least a week between getting my confirmation email and them actually charging my credit card.

Living in Australia I make sure the check the exchange rate when I order so I know exactly what I am paying. That could change quite a bit over the space of a week.

As many people who have used them have said. They need to get a real time update of stocks on their website. I can only assume that it took a week to charge my card because something wasnt in stock. If I had known something wasnt available I would have changed my order and have had it all delivered at least a week sooner.

As it is I have already been waiting for over two weeks. I usually have my orders either from within Australia or from Fivestar within four days.

When I want porn, I want it now.

I also want my orders fast but sometimes some companies have a huge stock problem. I mean I've been waiting for a certain movie for more than three months now because it's not in stock :-(

Ramsay, Its all well and good that some companies have stock problems. It happens to them all.

But for some reason it happens the most to EroDVD. They need to be careful about that because I think they would be in danger of losing customers because of the percieved slack service.

It might be due to no fault of their own, but if people knew that something was not immediately available when they order it would keep customers happier.

What about asking them if the titles you are interested in are in stock BEFORE ordering?

I found Aline very responsive to all my E-mail queries in the past.

That said, I agree they should work towards implementing a system telling their customers if a title is in stock, or will be back ordered. They should also remove the titles they know they have reasonably no chance of getting from their distributors.

It seems that EroDVD have made some improvements recently. My most recent order from them was using the new site, which has secure shopping and a basic search facility. When the order package arrived, I noticed that they now put the DVD discs into paper envelopes, instead of having them floating free with clingfilm on.

Most importantly, they seem to be doing back-ordering now - Hooray! I ordered 3 titles, and a package arrived with just 2 of them. I was expecting the usual note that used to say "sorry, we didn't have those" but it now says "we will get the other title and send it later" which they did indeed.

Now all we need is a stock availability indication when browsing the site! But still, thumbs up to EroDVD for making these improvements.
