That could change quite a bit over the space of a week. As many people who have used them have said. They need to get a real time update of stocks on their website. I can only assume that it took a week to charge my card because something wasnt in stock. If I had known something wasnt available I would have changed my order and have had it all delivered at least a week sooner. As it is I have already been waiting for over two weeks. I usually have my orders either from within Australia or from Fivestar within four days. When I want porn, I want it now. |

They need to be careful about that because I think they would be in danger of losing customers because of the percieved slack service. It might be due to no fault of their own, but if people knew that something was not immediately available when they order it would keep customers happier. |
| Joey Starr Senior Member Still wanking after all these years. 8082 Posts 10/00 | I found Aline very responsive to all my E-mail queries in the past. That said, I agree they should work towards implementing a system telling their customers if a title is in stock, or will be back ordered. They should also remove the titles they know they have reasonably no chance of getting from their distributors. Edited by - joey starr on 4/22/2003 4:33:19 AM |

I was expecting the usual note that used to say "sorry, we didn't have those" but it now says "we will get the other title and send it later" which they did indeed. Now all we need is a stock availability indication when browsing the site! But still, thumbs up to EroDVD for making these improvements. |
