Hadn't ordered from them for a while, but decided to get a couple of fisting DVDs.
Ordered on Sunday evening, delivered on Saturday morning. No problems whatsoever, discreet packaging, no boxes. Cheap prices as always.
Talking about cheap prices, out of curiosity I compared prices with other online webstores (comparison is based on one Videorama Faust Fucker DVD) and here's what I found :
ORGAZMIK : £ 20 (excluding shipping which is about £5)
Joey, like yourself I ordered 3 dvd's recently having not ordered from them for some time. 2 were Faust Fucker and another 3 hour fisting comp. When only 2 titles arrived I mailed them to find out about the missing FF dvd and was told it was out of stock :-( A common occurrence judging by other members experiences.
Erodvd can beat most Euro suppliers on price but the range of German titles don't change much. I have been waiting for some Puaka comps to be restocked for ages along with others in the Videorama, DBM range.
As for GGG dvd's they are available for $19.95 at DVDDiscount.

Charlie,
Sorry to hear about your backorder woes...
At one point they did have a green light or something next to the item to show if it was in stock or not, I don't see this anymore... They should definitely put some indication on wether a title is in stock or not or simply remove the out of stock DVD from their listing.
I also heard Erodvd were willing to get unlisted Private DVD (older titles) for their customers. It would be nice if they extended this service to Videorama, Magma and DBM, to name but just three...
So you guys have had some fisty fun delivered by post OK? Interesting.
EroDVD's stock issue is the one thing that lets them down. I too have had packages turn up with discs missing, and that's the explanation - out of stock.
By the way, Aline did get me some unlisted Private titles last month (though they couldn't supply another that was listed, grrrr!), so it's probably worth asking for other series. I have heard elsewhere, though, that the lack of restock on Videorama lines could be that they let their titles go out of print, though whether this is accurate or not...
I forgot to mention that STB add extra postage when you order - not mentioned before you do, though...
And one other thing, Charlie, have you ordered again from DVDDiscount.tv? Have you been happy with them, and did you order stuff with "naughty" subject matter, if I can be so bold?
Gabriel Nine, OK, I'll put my hand up and admit I like to see some fisting and will take a risk with the post. Its either that or pay over the odds to get it from a UK based supplier or Orgazmik.
As for DVDDiscount I was very happy with my first order and would definitely consider using them again. I ordered some GGG dvd's so there was nothing too naughty about them. At least the ones without pissing scenes.
The only issue I had was they used a bright yellow/orange tape to seal the package that a blind man a mile away could have seen. So much for discrete packaging. Next time I will mail them to use ordinary tape.
£2 on 2 discs - it looks like this might vary if you don't want the boxes.
An odd thing about STB was that I got a letter yesterday confirming my order. Which was OK in itself, but the funny thing is it was posted from Spain, but they list addresses in Amsterdam, London and Italy !??
I've written before about a couple of less-than-satisfactory experiences with EroDVD. I don't dispute they are very cheap, but the stock management problems and administration I've found to be quite frustrating at times. Which is a shame, as they can be very good.
Last order I placed with them, took 10 days to arrive and when it did the package contained completely the wrong discs! Not at all what I had ordered, although I emailed and got a quick response to say sorry and they'll sort it out.
The order before that was slightly cocked up, as it was sent twice - I got duplicate deliveries and my credit card was charged twice. I emailed, and sent the discs back with a letter, but haven't had any response or refund for this.
These two experiences, and other occasions where discs were not available and weren't back-ordered, leave me with a disappointed feeling regarding EroDVD. They are clearly sometimes very good, but it's when I use another source like Orgazmik or Laser's Edge that I am reminded just how good service CAN be, and perhaps SHOULD be from EroDVD.
Sorry to put the dampeners on this company, as they are amazingly cheap and don't charge for delivery, but it's only fair to relay experiences so that others can get a picture of how they perform.

A reasonable alternative to EroDVD is Buy-NowShop. They have Private, Videorama, DBM, MMV, Puaka etc.
I have ordered from erodvd.nl several times and so far my luck has been pretty good. I did order a title which didn't have the right movie on the DVD, but as the box cover and silkscreen on the disc were correct I assume the mastering shop made the error.
I do get the feeling that Aline is busier than a one-armed wallpaper hanger though.
I find it funny that the only time customs has inspected a package from erodvd is when they shipped me the boxes to go along with some DVD's they'd already sent. I had a laugh imagining what the inspectors thought of the empty boxes.
"I knew a girl who liked the prong but alway brought her dog along..."
I too sometimes find erodvd's stock system frustrating I have had some success emailing Aline before I order and enquiring If the Item Is In stock or not, though she seems so busy, not all my emails have been answered, but when I remind them of this Aline is very friendly.
I would imagine her hands are tied and she can't do anything about the stock system, don't forget the european attitude generally is much more laid back than in the hectic u.k. and u.s.a. this comes across in her correspondence, I know as has been stated Imagine the orders they would get If the stock system and studio search would get sorted out.
why don't some of you brilliant web page designers offer to help them out, you never know.
Aline is a member of ADT after all.

That is good news, and it was about time they took a look at the site security. The Erodvd site is completely insecure, and I' have tried to bring that to Erodvd attenention, but without any luck. The site claims to be using SSL to encrypted communication, and they are even using a big SSL-logo on the front page. Erodvd is based on software form the company www.uburst.com. So I contacted them, and ask asked them to take a look at Erodvd's security claims.
Form Uburst: ---------------------------------------------------------- I had one of our technical support people look at the site you mentioned and here are the comments:
Technically if they had everything directed into frames, the site could be secure without the browser indicating a secure connection (no "lock")....but from looking at their uShopOrderButton applet at:
http://www.erodvd.nl/uk/intorder.html ... I see that it is pointing to an insecure/public URL:
... beginning with "http" instead of "https"... so that means that they are NOT using SSL... and so, it is not secure.
We at Microburst take security very seriously and provide instructions forthe storeowners to make sure that their transactions are secure: http://www.uburst.com/uShop/security.html
... but ultimately, it is the storeowner's responsibility to ensure the security of their site.
Microburst Technologies, Inc. www.uburst.com ------------------------------------------------------------
So erodvd is handling your private informations in a COMPLETELY INSECURE way. Just to make matters even more grotesque they even expose the URL to the management part of their shopping system on the Internet: http://www.erodvd.nl/cgi-bin/uk_ushop.pl
Thanks Ingenmann for the heads-up on that one... slightly worrying. Although I've ordered from EroDVD many times and didn't really worry about security (I must admit)
I tend to order by fax to avoid any credit card security issues.
Also to add my experiences.
I ordered , by fax, yesterday morning and asked on the fax that they drop me an email confirming receipt and app expected date of dispatch. Nothing heard :-(
I sent an email later yesterday again asking for conf .... nothing :-( Oh dear looks like they are busy again.
This will be my third order:
1) 1st one - superb speed and service 2) 2nd one poor speed and very poor service - took many emails to get a response - thereafter quick delivery 3) This one ...well let's wait and see - I hope it will be OK as their prices are good and 1st experience was good - but if this one is bad that would make it 66.66% poor and I think that is not good enough ! It is really very simple - i work in customer service environment too - If i performed poorly 66.66% of time - it's dead staright forward- I'd be out of a job !! Simple as that
Stefan, I sometimes email EroDVD in the evening and get an almost instant reply if Aline is working online, so it's worth giving them a chance. I'd suggest they are definitely working short-handed though.
I've been ordered about 7 DVDs, all are Private, and all are in the different time, all are delivered fast and savely. They are just getting better and better, they use Priority Mail!.
I just can't find other online shop which can provide this solid good service like that even from USA.
