I follow it up after a couple of days. I already sent them about 3 e-mails w/ different dates about it and I have'nt recieve any response from them until now.

Credit Card Bills paid merchandise still have'nt arrive!:( Any suggestions on what do I have to do?

Same thing here, I´ve been e-mailing erodvd three times now. They sent a reply to the first mail I sent, to the second nothing and then to my third one almost the same reply as to the first one. It´s been three months now since I ordered the DVD and still nothing. I´m a bit puzzled, I live in the EU-area and have ordered other stuff from Holland before, no problem there, things arrive in good condition in a couple of workdays through regular snailmail. But this is something I cannot accept, completely abysmal customer service. I will not order anything from them anymore.

It's been 2 long months of waiting, even the DVD case/box w/c they told me that they'll gonna ship separately did'nt arrive. Aline told me that they'll gonna re-ship the order; So I'll just looking forward onto it.
