A golden jubilee as it were. I think it is only fair I that I would pick a Belgian babe for this occasion, although that is as far as my pattriotism will go. The only Belgian babe worthy of a selection of Babe of the Week imo, is Katja Belise. Besides, she was born in Herentals, less than 15 miles away from my hometown. When I played soccer in my younger days (don't laugh), we used to beat them every time. Some of you may have seen Katja in Ben Dover's Little Smart Arses , where she was credited as Laika. I don't expect that many of you would know her from other videos. She had a very nice natural body and a very sexy, Jean Arthuresque voice. I guess she is not really spectular, but just a very nice looking brunette nonetheless. The expression "girl next door" is almost true this time, in my case at least. EGAFD lists her her as being French, but I am quite sure that I have heard her in some interview (in a Laetitia flick probably) saying that she was a french speaking belgian.Sorry, but I get angry about this. A natural sport reference about Herentals should not be in regard with soccer, the stupid game that is ruining Europe. Herentals was the home town of one of the greateast sportsmen ever, the legendery Eric van Steenbergen, aka the Herentals Emperor. This man is considered by many the best sprinter of all times, and rightly so: he achieved wonderful results on both road races and track competition, winning all the major "monument" classic, his number of victories is second only to "the cannibal" Eddy Merckx. And maybe he could have won even more if he didn't sell some race to some of his competitors to make that big money that wasn't in sport just after WW2. If even Belgians, who transformed cycling in a religious ritual, put now soccer in front of it, this is the end of the good old Euro sport traditions. [Link] |
