I'm sure this topic has popped up about a dozen times, but what are the best films to buy that have euro editions to them. at one time I wanted to get "No Man's Land 32" because there was a fisting scene in that, but what other films have come out that were even BETTER when they were shipped overseas? better question is can these same DVDs play in the US?

If your DVD player and TV can handle the PAL format then you can watch these films in the US. You will have to check your operation manual.

Here in Europe it is much less of an issue with most DVD players and TVs these days being able to handle NTSC aswell as PAL.

It's popped up more than a dozen times, and will
continue to pop up because there's no definitive answer.

A few studios are pretty up front about having 'euro' versions; Max comes to mind, for one. Others are very
quiet; often Notorious productions have euro versions, but
they are renamed and re-titled by their European distributor. Still others let the rumors float that they
have euro-versions, whether they do or not because it makes them look daring, and edgy.

Sadly, you're going to be stuck, at some point, going title by title.

I mentioned before there is a film made called "Lust at First Bite" that has a pissing scene in it that has been removed from it. not interested truly in seeing the pissing part, but when you've got stars like Kay Parker and Seka in it how can you not want the film un-cut. just too bad that since it was made in 1978 that an un-cut version of something like this is hard to locate.

Keep in mind that DVD Rom drives CAN play PAL DVDs. However, if you get Region encoded DVDs, you may want to reserve a particular DVD Rom to only use on Euro disks, for example, as they can only switch regions a few times (most Euro disks are region free, but not all).

Now that progressive scan, region free, PAL/NTSC converting DVD players can be bought for as little as $19.99 after rebates (but more likely $27.99 because one of the rebates requires a $500 purchase), there's no reason why everyone can't watch Euro porn on their TV's.

They also have the next model up from the same company for $42.99 after a $10 rebate.

this is all well and good, and I totally appreciate what has been said, however. I am looking for DVDs that have US versions to them that were even better in the Euro version. I mean the euro are suppose to be "uncut" and things of this nature right? I know that certain US laws about fisting and pissing are employed, but I'm talking in general which films were even better because they were the uncut euro editiongs?
