There are some Euro girls who don't do anal at all, or very rarely. Some Euro girls have very rarely done anal: Bolivia Samsonite (only when she worked for Woodman as Anastasia), Rebecca Lord (in an early Woodman scene and later, for her own web site), Deborah Wells (only at the end of her contract, when she was under contract to Italian director Silvio Bandinelli), Petra Short (only for Woodman, see a pattern here?), Gili Sky (only for ... you guessed it), Anita Dark (only early in her career, except in Anita Forever ), ...
I would have to say that most of the girls I know here in Canada that do not take it in the ass never go to the states. They seem to think it is just part of going to LA and making a good name for themselves.......... but I have to admit they seem to like it in real life !
I think it could be a cultural thing. In Europe (and french part of Canada is very european as well, I was told) we are brought up to always make or best of our body. My theory is if European/Frech Candian girl goes for porn, she goes for it with full heart and full girls pride. So if directors ask for anal, Euro-girl does not think of not doing it rather, the more if she can earn more money doing it. And anal is what customers want, therefore what directors ask to film, therefore what we see of Euro-girls.
With Russian and East European girls money aspect is just a bit more important, I think. I say this because many of your examples are Hungarian or Czech, I think. Plus it is work ethos. I know about stereotype: but our people work hard if payment is right, believe me!
