To exchange your title if you still have the first version, please contact BlueDoor.com or write them at ea@bluedoor.com. They will exchange your DVD regardless who you purchased it from. This includes: Buttman in Budapest, Buttman's Big Butt Euro Babes, Buttman's Big Tit Adventure, and Buttman's British Extremely Big Tit Adv. DVDs. The new versions have a commentary from John Stagliano, a fetish menu, photo gallery, and a biography of John. Plus, the picture looks about 10 times better. As for the Face Dances and Dog Walker, I strongly ask that unless the audio sounded really muddled to you, don't exchange it because all we did on these titles was remix the audio. Evil Angel did justice on these..not only this..but the dvd case is finally the same size as an amaray so it won't look weird in your adult dvd library..the old cases were big. They didn't send back "Buttman's British Extremely Big Tit Adventure". When I inquired, they said that while the letter that I enclosed with the discs, when I sent them back in March, that they were "positive" that there were only 4 discs in the box. I'm always amazed when a company (in this case Evil Angel) does something over and above what needs to be done (like offering to replace the discs), and then someone completely screws up the process so that rather than coming away happy that Evil Angel did a good thing, I now walk away only thinking that I got screwed out of a disc. You're absolutely right, I'm very frustrated that Evil Angel's efforts would be diminished by problems caused by another party. Evil Angel will be exchanging the titles with any retail or internet store, but we would prefer doing the exchange with our direct buyers.
