I'm looking to get a subscription to Evil Angel but I'm curious to know what the experience is like before I do. Is it worth the price (I'm interested in the annual subscription)? Are there things that you really don't like about it? Thanks!
They have a pretty extensive archive so you'll certainly have lots to look through. For stars like Dana Dearmond who've been shooting with them since the early 2010's, you'll have a huge amount of varied content to comb through which is always fun. One thing to be aware of is that it leans very heavily toward the more rough/hardcore sex (lots of stuff like gaping, light-bdsm, rough anal sex, gangbangs, etc). I'm not saying that's exclusively what you'll find, but it's the vast majority. If that fits your taste then you'll likely love it. If you're looking for more sensual/passionate content then I'd recommend looking for a different site.
One thing to note is that Evil Angel is under the Gamma conglomerate umbrella now, so you may be able to find some kind of package deal. I'm currently a Addulttime subscriber, and for $90 I was able to get permanent full-site access to Evil Angel as long as my ADT subscription stays active.
^ Sort of, although it takes a little explaining. Gamma (which owns Adulttime) has acquired or partnered with a lot of the major studio sites, and has rolled them into the Adulttime site with their own channels that members have access to. Some of the channels have the entire archives available through Adulttime, (like 21st Sextury or Burning Angel). But for other major studio sites like Wicked or Evil Angel, they upload select scenes to the Adulttime channel that you can access. In the case of Evil Angel specifically: If you sign-up to Adulttime, you'll be able to view and download any of the Evil Angel scenes that are currently uploaded to their channel (I just checked, and right now there are 40 scenes uploaded).
Essentially, if you want to have access to the entire Evil Angel archive you'll have to subscribe to their site. In terms of total price for a single-site membership, it's certainly worth the money to pay for a year membership simply because they have thousands of scenes to view. If you're looking for the biggest bang for your buck, an Adulttime membership is definitely worth it. Their archive is massive with a bigger cross-section of content, and they have bundle deals available so if you want full EA site access you can always purchase it through them for a major discount. I currently am a yearly subscriber which is $120. And then I later paid a one-time $90 fee, which gives me permanent access to EA's full site.
^ Plus, as far as I currently know, Gamma does not own Evil Angel, but is doing their web thing (and they're doing what feels like 75% of all studios' web thing). Which explains what kind of sites they are cross-offering in their "Deals" stuff.
Ahh ok, thank you for the detailed explanation! I think I'll go with Adult Time because it seems like a real bargain and maybe I'll subscribe to Evil Angel sometime in the future :)
You can subscribe to Adult Time annually and add the EvilAngel sub for $89 lifetime. You would have full access to the Evil Angel website as long as your AdultTime sub is active.
Or sub to Evil Angel and get a lifetime access bundle to Adult Time, which is also possible. Whichever site you decide to sub to, just go to the deals section. The bundle deal is usually the first option. You can refresh the page to change the bundle option if it isn't to your liking or you are looking for a particular site.
Evil Angel is also a favourite of mine due to it's huge amount of trans content. Although, if that isn't to your liking you can filter it out of your search results (same with lesbian and bi content).
Just weighing in on the EA site itself and what they have to offer. If you're familiar with EA stuff, and I presume you are, then a subscription is really something you need to have. Regardless of deal you use to sign up, EA is a great site.

It's what I always use when I want an Evil Angel membership. I always make sure to cancel before it rebills at a higher price.

Meh, personally, if it wasn't for Jonni Darkko's continued work, there really wouldn't be anything of interest to me on Evil Angel these days.
