am I the only one having this kind of trouble? it takes almost for ever to get access to their web site lately and when I finally get in gets even worst...every time I click the picture of the new releases to view full size all I get is the screen going totally blank.

It works fine for me. At least EA keeps their site updated on a regular basis.
My complaint is with the Anabolic and Diabolic sites. They have not been updating in the last month or so. Their new stuff comes out and I have no idea when or if it's out. They should do a better job of it. Up untill lately, they were always updating redularly, but not now.

As far as I know, Anabolic and Diabolic are creating new sites, which will have their new purchasing mechanism, and are waiting for the sites to be complete before unveiling them. Hopefully, it will be worth the wait when we finally see the new sites.

It could depend on the time of day you look at their website. I've noticed that during "peek" hours of usage it can be slow to access that website.

(It's good to hear that Anabolic and Diabolic are updating their websites.)

It is slow if you are still labouring away on a dial-up connection like me! I haven't had any drastic problems with it but it is sloooow.
IMHO there is far too much stuff being downloaded on the front page that isn't necessary (especially advertising - grrr ) . Come on guys, remember that old design rule:
