I have only seen one of this series, #11.

I was wondering if John Leslie used the camera "tricks" in the rest of the series, that he does in #11.

The reason I ask this is, there aren't too many reviews on this series, so rather than buy another #11-style DVD, I would like to know if they are all like that one.

(I am not a fan of going from one scene to another then back to the first, all in one scene, when it interupts the fluidity of the scene.)

-I only have three John Leslie DVDs, all the Voyeur (#'s 5, 6, 18). Because I may have sold Fresh Meat 11.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated...

Mike,

I totally dig all the Fresh Meat dvds, #11 was the only one that had cutting. Fresh Meat #10 & 12 are awesome!

Fresh Meat 1 looks really good. I say that only because of Krysti Lynn! I think she does 2 scenes in the film!

Hey VictoriO,

I'm sure Fresh Meat 1 is good. But I was wondering about the cutting from one scene to another situation.

Any one else know, about this series? Your comments are welcome?

I've reviewed a few installments of the series, and the original Fresh Meat was very different from the others in the series. It's extemely non-linear and overall very different in style (it makes Leslie's Voyeur and the other Fresh Meat features I've watched appear extremely mainstream). The first Fresh Meat is different enough that I'd suggest renting it first, however if you liked #11, then I think you'll probably be happy with all the others.

I didn't really care for #11, so does that mean I won't like the rest

If you liked The Voyeur titles you have, then I'd recommend checking out some of John Leslie's other titles. He has a very distinct style that's fairly minimalist to most of his features, which some people really don't like. All of his Evil Angel features I've seen have had this style, so if you see it in The Voyeur DVDs you have and don't like it, you probably won't be that happy with the other Fresh Meat titles.

See that's the thing, I like/love what I've seen of his Voyeur series.

But I'm cautious of the Fresh Meat series, mainly because of the first one I saw, #11, wasn't as good as the Voyeur series.

So anymore opinions are appreciated...

Maybe I'll check out Fresh Meat 1 & 2, #1 because of Krysti Lynn and #2 because of Stephanie Swift and Liza Harper.

It's not so much that I don't like his minimalist style, it's just that I hate (despise) cutting from one scene to an unrelated scene, then back. Like in #11.

Avoid Fresh Meat #1 for now then. The more I try to remember it, the more I think he did that. I don't remember Fresh Meat 2 having any of that and I remember it striking me as a lot like his Voyeur series.

You know, astroknight, I think I remember the scenes from Fresh Meat 1 that were on the the Voyeur's Favorite BJ and Anals compiliation. If I remember right, he had some camera trickery thrown in during those scenes. But I've since traded that DVD, so I can not check.

Well again I thank you, and ask for more, much appreciated info on this series.

Fresh Meat 1 is kind of trippy - definitely not straightforward like the Voyeur series.

I love it, but from your descriptions, it sounds like you might not.

I'm desperately trying to remember, but I don't think that FM 2 does that at all.
My favorite FM to date is #10. Anybody can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember it intercutting scenes at all.
Fresh Meat has always been John Leslie's more "artsy" series.

Tricia,

Glad you like FM #10 also...I just love the 1st scene with Dora Venter (not Wenter).

You know that the feeling I got from watching Fresh Meat 11, is that it is "artsy".

Thank you and keep the comments coming.
