There are 2 plans for this website, one is stream only and other is stream+download
I'm curious if the streamed video quality is exactly the same as the version you would download if you have the download plan.
For example,
In the stream version, the following scene is 4300Kbps bitrate and 1.27GB (1080p) https://members.evilangel.com/en/video/evilangel/Caught-With-Porn-Stepsister-Squirts/146938
However, this looks like a bad quality to me. They used to have better videos. But then I realized it may be related to me being on stream only plan.
So if you have EvilAngel membership with the download plan, can you guys tell me what is the size of this file if you were to download it in 1080p? Is it really same as strem version (1.27GB) or is it higher?

looks like the download is bigger: although when I actually downloaded it say 2.08 GB on disk...
I also recalled this announcement from a couple years back:

Thank you, very helpful. Before your comment I actually switched my acc to download plan and realized this, the "stream" version of the videos are definitely worse quality than this. But I realized there are more to it. Its a little bit complex actually.
Almost all the scenes before 2019-2020 : The streamed versions of the videos (the ones you are viewing on the website) are exactly same as the ones with you would download. So there is no real advantage of having download+stream plan.
However, the scenes after 2019, they are different. As I mentioned in the op, scenes are very smaller & worse quality in stream versions. In other words, if you buy a download+stream plan and download the scene, you would get a higher bitrate/quality video.
HOWEVER, there is one more little detail I found, and which I find very weird. From what I can see, the stuff I wrote above is doesn't apply to 4K videos. Its the total opposite actually.
For 4K videos, when you stream the video, you are getting a higher quality video than downloading it. Yes, weird I know. I will give two examples, but probably they apply to all 4K videos on the site.

3.86GB on the site, bitrate is 15.000kbps
However, if you open the video and download the "stream" (its not easy as right click and save, you need some coding skills for downloading a "video stream") Then the version you get is
4.49GB and 17.500kbps
I know its not easy to tell the difference between these videos, but this is just very odd. And when you compare the screens side by side, you can see that the EvilAngel logo at right bottom is slightly different than the other one. So seems like they have 2 seperate 4K videos, and for some reason they are serving the worse quality version when downloading (well, 15.000kbps is still great quality, but yeah )

After reading your post for the second time, maybe its about the encoding they did. So even though the bitrate and filesize is smaller, they are actually the same video quality. But I don't know...
This is very strange. Couldn't tell the difference in quality apart when I downloaded both, but you're right that they are basically two different versions of the video. The example I checked this with (Deep Inside Jennifer White Sc. 4) even started on a slightly different frame.
I would attribute the size/bitrate difference to adaptive bitrate streaming. which is used on pretty much every porn site that streams. Always go for the video source file and capture it, if you can locate it's URL in the HTML code.
