I don't add new titles to our database unless either two stores are carrying it, or I can clearly see the title and the word DVD on the cover (otherwise they're just using a VHS cover and the movie probably doesn't exist on DVD.) In some cases I check the studio's site too - providing that the studio site has information and no popups. |

I've been doing their "exchange" program for lots longer than the internet has been around, and I find it's a great way to catch up on titles I've missed and/or preview titles I might want to buy. Once you've purchased a title from them, you can exchange it for another, similarly priced title. Including shipping, you pay $6 per title for VHS, $4 for DVD, and you can keep them as long as you want. Many times, they've shipped new, shrinkwrapped product as exchanges, other times it's slightly used, but, hell, $4 including shipping for a new DVD ain't bad! While it's true that their prices often are somewhat higher, I've found some titles on their site that matched or beat what the others were charging. Right now, they're including "$3 Off Your Next Purchase" coupons with both their exchanged and purchased titles. Also, for someone like me who still appreciates "golden age" porn, their stock of older titles is not only bargain priced, but is one of the most extensive available. I've also been quite successful with their customer service when things have gone wrong. Anybody can have a bad dub slip through quality control, and I've never had a problem with their exchanging bad product and/or crediting my account for bad product returns. They're usually prompt answering questions, and seem to be honest about "back-orders" when they've ordered product from a particular studio and are having problems getting it shipped. |
