I've noticed some dvds sold on Excalibur have a notice of defect but they are still available for purchase. What types of defects is Excalibur denoting ? Will the dvd be unplayable? Is it just not what it says it is? Does it skip? and so on......

Can you list some of the titles. There are some DVDs that have errors on them that I have come across that have never been fixed to the best of my knowledge. Ones that don't effect the movie or affect the movie but it is possible through work to see the entire movie. If you list the titles someone here might be able to help on that specific title.

One is: Super Tits of Porn 8. Yeah, it's a Leisure Time disk (with their bad rep), but I gots a jones for Letha Weapons.
I've got it on my ADMarketplace wish list, but there are no current listings.

Excalibur is saying that they know that a lot of DVD's from this company are defective and you're buying these discs "as-is". If you buy it and it's defective...too bad. They're warning you ahead of time and you're taking your chances if you buy them anyway.

It's not on all Leisure Time titles they carry, I checked. I checked a few and that's the only one bearing the disclaimer. Some of it sounds like a bunch of BS as they state in the disclaimer that if it gets lost in the mail they won't replace it, which should have no bearing on the defectiveness of the disc.
