| gapeape Deactivated User usa 106 Posts 2/06 |  Posted - Feb 22 2006 : 9:27AManyone here rent from excalibur? i've had a big problem with them apparently mixing up queu list with someone else's and sending me the wrong dvds, etc. then they claim they shipped a bunch to me but they never arrived. so they are waiting for me to return movies to them that i never received. as it stand now, i haven't gotten a rental from them in almost a month. they really fucked up. anyone else have this problem? i've been with them a few years and this is the first real problem i've had. it's a pretty big problem, though. i don't know what to make of it.
