Even with all that makeup and the props and clothes, she's very pretty, and definitely Brazilian. It's funny, I've never seen a Brazilian dressed up as a Japanese girl before.
I have no idea who she is, but I think she has implants. Not much to go on; I really just wanted to say that I thought she was beautiful.
