The only significant differences I've noticed with intact males is that on some there can be some coarse hair that grows a bit further up the shaft than on a circumcised male, and it can be irritating, and you really do have to really, really, wash that thing. Not just wash it good in the morning with your shower, give it a wash right before the big event. Just like any part of the body where the skin is against the skin (crotch, butt cheeks, armpits, heavy people with skin folds...) it gets stinky and nasty.
If you're with a lady who has never handled a foreskin before, you might need to help her out. There are things you can do with a circumcised male that you shouldn't do with an uncircumcised male, and things you can do with a foreskin that you can't do without one.
