I then spent the next two or three hours searching for titles I'd like to add to my queue. EVERY single one I selected was either "not available" or "short wait." And I tried well over a dozen titles. Needless to say I found this unacceptable and immediately went to cancel, only to find that not only do you have send a cancellation request online, but you also have to print out a form, sign it, and mail it in. I'm just hoping they don't "accidentally" lose the form and charge me (for nothing). So it's too early to say if they rip people off, but I can definitely say that Movixo has a very poor selection of DVDs available for rent. I wish I had come here first, I'm impressed with the things I've read about BushDVD, so I'm about to go sign up now and hopefully have a better experience ... [Link] |
