Pretty much the only things that actually work for "penile enhancement" are Caverject (you inject it into your dick -- meant for invalids) as well as Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra (all pills for ED) -- and all those do are help an erection for a short time, not make the dick bigger. If you truly have trouble getting an erection, the pills do work -- Viagra and Cialis better than Levitra -- but are for those with a problem in that area, not those that just want to fuck like they are 16! Caverject is too strong for normal people with erection difficulty, it would likely cause a 4 to 6 hour semi-permanent painful overstuffed-feeling erection and can cause a days-long erection (so can the pills if you don't need them) that is painful and needs to be treated by slicing and draining the penis (meaning you would never have another erection again once done).
Lesson of the day: Talk to your doctor before ordering erection pills off of the internet, if you are not a medical candidate for them they can cause serious problems. Also, samples of them are distributed to the docs, maybe you can score a few for free while you are there if you need them.

In my early 20's I bought some Viagra off of the internet under the misguided belief that it would make me some sort of super stud. First, they don't make you horny or make you last longer. I didn't have any erection problems so they really were of no benefit.
The side effects consisted of THE ABSOLUTE WORST FUCKING HEADACHE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Also, everything looked like it had a light blue tint. I don't know what causes that.

^ Actually the blue tint is common with Viagra, so I think you had the real thing (there is actually a site out of India that sells cheaper generic legit meds like Viagra, Levitra and Cialis that is reliable, maybe you used them). I don't know where the headache came from, though -- unless you use nitroglycerin for a heart condition.
Word for those that want to use a site online without a prescription -- think twice. Talk to your doc before taking ED meds, and if he prescribes them, THEN think about using that site out of India -- NOT BEFORE (you may get some for free from your doc also, they are called samples)! ED meds taken with certain heart meds can KILL!
Don't get me wrong, I use ED meds myself -- with medical monitoring. However, I have heard many horror stories about people dying from heart problems if taken with the wrong medications. Please take my warning seriously.

Now you know why a significant portion of the male porn stars have red faces during sex and look fairly disinterested in the sex. They pop that pill to perform. There are too few woodsmen left in the industry....the little pills combined with saturation of content have pretty much combined to kill the heat in most scenes.
