Is this DVD(which is also sold under these alternate titles) only available in Europe and on European websites, because I’m having trouble finding it on any of the American online stores I usually frequent?

Your "alternate titles" link points to BGAFD not a list of movies. I think we are having the same trouble as you and not finding it.

The alternate titles link points to "Some Mothers do Shag 'Em", which is the original title. It is a MSS title which was sold to American Xcess for the US, but American Xcess went out of business. The original is available from our colleagues at Britishporn.org as "Extreme MILFS: Some Mothers Do Shag 'Em". I don't think you will have much luck finding it in American stores at the moment and with the current dollar rate I can imagine it's very expensive to order from Europe for Americans.
