If I had used my speed light, it would have been too much light and the photos would have been blown out. Plus, I've never shot a convention without a flash, so I saw it as a challenge to see if I could do. I admit I should have used it in the van with Phoenix. I thought that floodlight they had in the van would be enough, but those tinted windows reduced the surrounding light a lot more than I estimated. It was nice running in to you at the show. [Link] |

It was a little slow to start but picked up in the afternoon, which is normal. The first girl I came across was none other than Lisa Ann. I was a little surprised to see her at the show so early in the day as she usually schedules her signing times in the evening when the crowd size is at its peak. When I mentioned to her she replied that she made her signing time early that day so she could leave early enough to watch Game 6 of the Heat-Pacers series. I was finally able to take some photos of her on DSLR today, which I couldn't the day before since she was so busy. I had seen her two months ago when she was feature dancing at Emperor's Club in Riviera Beach. It was the fourth time I had seen her feature show and I stunned to find out that she does private dances!! I had always assumed she didn't do private dances (some features do & some do not.) She had never offered me one before and I had never seen her go backstage with another guy either. I made sure to bust her balls about this. Lisa replied that she in turn has assume that since I had never asked for a private dance that I just wasn't interested in one. We both agreed that at her next feature dance appearance in South Florida, we will have that private dance! I always look forward to seeing Lisa Ann. She's one of the biggest stars in the world, but you would never know it by talking to her. Extremely humble and so easy to talk to. Doesn't matter if you are a millionaire movie star or a working class Joe, Lisa treats everyone the same. [Link] |

When Rachel saw me, she all ready knew I want solo shots. She had also spotted morbidthoughts in line and brought him to the front so we could both shoot solo pics at the same time. In essence, she was killing two birds with one stone. Since we were both shooting simultaneously, in some of the photos she's looking at me and in some she's looking at morbid.
