Actually, I beg to differ. As things were progressing it seemed that Rocco was gauging how much Amanda was really up for. There was, to my mind, a subtle non verbal communication between them that emboldened Rocco to push her further. Maybe I'm just fantasizing this and want to believe she was into this depravity but that is the impression I've carried since the first time I saw it.
