Not a fake one. Im my experience, it's pretty easy to guess fake ones, but sometimes very difficult to detect real ones. The second part of your comment, again it comes down to realism. If editors and "special effects" guys in porn could make it look as seamless and real as they do in mainstream movies, it wouldn't matter, because it would look real. Fantasy or no fantasy, if there's a guy in porn - cum should spurt out the end of his cock. Not a substance mixed up and used a "fill in". No matter how small his load is. However, if done right, I would never be able to tell, and if tha was the case, then I'd never have a problem.
