I'd say Tiana just admitted that she can squirt whether she drinks anything before or not, but that she passes out if she doesn't because she's dehydrated then. I think Tiana shouldn't risk her health just for proving she squirts for real. Those who are worthy of her believe her anyway.

Now back to topic. I don't think a squirting competition for distance or volume or whatever would be any good. It could lead to the girls not just letting themselves go but trying too hard to do better than the others, and that's just not sexy.
