Would love dedicated discussion about observations, likes and dislikes in relation to how scenes are composed, from a camera/shooting point of view. Technical knowledge and jargon not required. To start out, I was thinking about this yesterday. More frequently, there are two types of shots I see more often-and I like them. 1. Doggy style with a medium close up of the woman's face. I see this more often these days, and I think it's a great shot 2. Blow jobs almost as a portrait, with eye contact. This is almost becoming a niche in its own right. Love this type of shot for many reasons Wish I saw more: Continuous long shot. I like those long shots, where you can see the performers' full bodies in the context of the room they're in. Scenes often start out this way but IMO often get closer too quickly. From what I can tell, it didn't used to be like that. In 'classic porn', you more often see the long shot held steady throughout more of the action. [Link] |
