Well it must have been a pretty long time ago since her last tweet gfoes back to November. I'm not sure why Faye isn't doing porn anymore or at least I certainly haven't seen anything except for her recent scene at Brazzer. I don't even think she has updated her own site in months.
One, I don't know that she has been blackballed at all. Maybe she has, I'm pretty sure I once saw some bitching on twitter about how Faye showed up hours late or not at all, forcing a scene cancellation. If I'm remembering correctly, and if Faye has done that more than once, then producers may have decided that although she can sell product, she is a risky hire. On the other hand, I haven't seen that tweet where she attributed her slowdown to being blackballed. Maybe she has simply chosen semi-retirement by jacking up her rates, and/or maybe she lives in Las Vegas and she wants LA producers to cover all of her travel arrangements and expenses to shoot in LA, on top of her rate. Two, it seems like Dane's own career is going reasonably well. He may not be the most in demand guy in the business, but he's getting roles in MILF movies, parodies, and even Burning Angel and Bobbi Starr's movies. I'm not sure that Dane and Faye are even together anymore, I don't follow all of the 'who's dating who now in adult' unless twitter makes that super clear. But if they are still together, and if Dane were somehow a problem, then I do not understand how he's less of a problem for his own career than he is for hers. And if they are not together anymore, and if Dane were a problem, then it seems like his career should be tailing off while her career would be picking up again.

I'd also love to see more of Faye because she's one of those performers who I thought had the potential to go far and somehow that never really happened. I don't know the reasons why because I have never followed her on Twitter but then again I don't follow anyone else. That commment about being blacklisted was more an observation on her part and less a known fact. I know there's always 3 sides to a story. What one side thinks happened, what the other side thinks happened and what really happened. I know that for a while she was only doing b/g with Dane Cross and that's a guaranteed cross on your name when producers are considering hiring a performer. It's the right of every performer to limit with whom they will have sex and it's the right of the producer to say no thanks we already had a male performer for the scene.
^I don't think it would have mattered if she'd taken a major dump on Derek's desk because you would need do a lot worse things to get blacklisted from the entire porn industry. Maybe someone other Faye knows the real reason(s) why she isn't shooting porn more often but unless they come here and explain it to us then we can speculate as much as we want and we will never really know the truth.
