Forced anal rape is a huge difference from what we see on porn, however. But for the record...the number ONE reason for anal incontinence is NOT from rape or prolonged anal sex.....it's a fairly common issue associated with the birthing process in women. And quite fixable as well. Surely if a porn star were to contract such an ailment, they'd get medical help for it. The procedure isn't that complex...far less so than a boob job. I suppose if you chose to repeatedly do things you know aggravate your symptoms/condition then you might end up with more severe problems than you started with (like if you have an ucler and you eat greasy spicy foods you're likely to end up with reflux on top of the ulcer).
