When I wrote my piece back in 1987 for a now-defunct journal called Shmate on Jewish porn stars (male and female), I thought I was carving out a niche to interest maybe 2 or 3 other people besides myself, certainly not enough to comprise a minyan!
From time to time, I am pleasantly jolted from that illusion of loneliness when I read threads like this and see that lots of folks are interested.
Going back all the way to the 1970s, here is my complete confirmed list of Jewish female performers who have done at least 10 U.S. hardcore features (my minimal definition for "star"), sorted by last name, if available:

I was the one who originally supplied Luke Ford with his list, something I would not have done if I had known him as a peddler of anti-Semitic garbage about Jewish conspiracies out to undermine Christian values.
Some observations:
1) Tera Patrick has stated in a past interview that her British father is Jewish.
2) Tabitha Stern told me on her website (yup, it's got posts and threads, too!) that she is not Jewish, and reminded me that "Stern" is not her real name.
3) Traci Lords has lied about her age, and she may have lied about her ethnicity as well - big surprise, I know. Before her latest cover story, "Underneath It All", was published, she told GQ, Esquire and the porn press that she was Jewish and that her father was a Jewish immigrant from the Ukraine. Now, in her so-called autobiography, all mention of her Jewish background is gone. She now talks about her "Methodist" upbringing; her father is just a "Ukrainian".
4) Jeanna Fine converted to Judaism in the middle of her porn career in the 1980's.
5) Ali Moore, like Traci, lied about her age. She definitely faked her ethnicity, calling herself "Dawn Levine" when her real name was Erin Marie Scott. [She got kicked off the list years ago.]
6) 1980's Israeli big boob - and SCORES - model Nilli Willis only did a handful of hardcore features, far less than 10. Performer, yes; star, no - just in case anyone asked.
7) The nose doesn't always know. Sharon Mitchell and Tasha Voux have big ITALIAN schnozzes, and folks from the Red States where sightings of Big Foot are more common than sightings of actual Jews often confuse those stars' backgrounds. Like Tasha, Tiffany Mynx is of Irish and Italian extraction only.
8) Samantha Fox may have had a "Noo Yawk" acccent, but she was, in real life, Stasia Micula - of Polish Catholic background. She lived for many years with her Jewish boyfriend, Bobby Astyr, presumably attracted to his oversized kielbasa.
9) Ixnay on Lisa Bee and Lesley Zen. Bee was an oddity - a WASP among strongly ethnic New York performers, and Zen has a wide-ranging European (Gentile) background mixed with Native American ancestry. A one-woman United Nations, that one!
10) Zara Whites occasionally wore a Star of David on her otherwise nude body in several of her features, and Avalon, on camera, would wear both Star of David and crucifix earrings!
11) Gia, has Shy Love actually converted yet, or is she still planning on doing it?

KayLynn responded to a fan's query about her background on her Yahoo group. He asked if she was of Irish/Italian/Jewish background, and that's when she said she was half-French, half-Puerto Rican. Another case of the 'nose not knowing'...
As I'm attracted to Jewish babes, I find this thread very insightful!
Daisy Dukes is the performer f/k/a Melissa Milano, right? Melissa has stated on camera that she's Puerto Rican. Ramona Luv seems to be obviously Latin American ethnically -- she's got that slightly Indian look that you find in Mexico/Cent. Amer./S. Amer. Tiffany Mynx has indeed said she is Irish/Italian.
Allura Eden has described herself as being different things. Maybe she was adopted and doesn't know? In one of the Straight to the A vids, she said something like "Hawaiian, Italian [then w/a smile] and Jewish". She blows me away with every performance. As much as I'd like to know, if she really doesn't want to talk about it, that's fine w/me.

You realize that you can be Jewish and still be all of the above nationalities. The performers in question simply may choose to not emphasize or reveal that aspect of their identity.
italian is not a religion , and if her mother is jewish (italian or whatever it dosen't matter) then if she would like it or not - she is still jewish.
There's at least some circumstantial evidence that Jewel DeNyle could be Jewish.
Her stepfather, who was profiled in the Rocky Mountain News in August for his successful new career as warehouse manager and bookkeeper for, you guessed it, Jewel's "pornography business," is named Larry Schwarz.
Besides, Jewel has always been a zoeskyte, doesn't fuck with shmekels and makes me platz when she takes a great facial.
Jewel DeNyle has never been shy to talk about her background. When I refer to someone as Italian, the default value is Catholic background, since around 99% of Italian-Americans are Catholic, practicing or lapsed.
She has posted here, and if Mr. Schwarz (ethnic German spelling, whereas most Jews with that name would spell it Schwartz) were Jewish, I'm sure she would have mentioned it.
While there are exceptions, it's very rare for a Jewish girl in this business to hide or "causally forget" her Jewish background. On the contrary, some Gentiles have gone out of their way to pretend to be Jewish (Ali Moore, possibly Traci Lords). You can't say that about Hollywood.
My source on Daphne Franks ( a friend of the late porn actress Nancy Kellee, Jerry VanDyke's real-life daughter) was Ron Jeremy, who worked with her on at least one occasion.
Gauge's tatoo maybe a stylised 'M' but I think she got it long after she split with Mojo. I think it's more likely that it's the astrological sign for (ironically enough) Virgo, embellished with a whole bunch of other shit around it.
Speaking about noses i remember to all of you that it is not a clue because Greeks too are famous for noses (something called Greek Profile) and Arabic which is same semitic Ethnicity of Jewish and of course italians (Roman Noses) but this is limited to central (latins and romans)and south italians which have lots of greek colonies and also carthaginians (a semitic Ethnicity) colonies and recently had been an hispanian colony and Spain had been under arabic rulers for almost 800 years and was also under Carthaginians herself (remember Hannibal?)

I can't really take Ron seriously at times. I believe you are referring to the same interview that I read. Ron claimed that there was some sort of "study" done on how many Jews are in the porn industry. I find this a bit sketchy. So what? Did some people seriously go around asking every porn star whether they were Jewish or not? Also, how exact was this study? Was it for just people who were religiously Jewish or did it include people who were Jewish by culture or heritage? I have my doubts that this study was done properly (that's assuming that it even happened). First of all, he's wrong about there not being many Jewish girls in porn. Of course, compared to all the other girls in porn, Jewish girls do make up a low percentage of the industry but that is expected considering Jews make up less than 0.25% of the world population. However, considering the Jewish population is so low, I think Jewish girls sure make up a larger-than-expected portion of the industry. He then goes on to claim that there are a lot of Jewish male actors. Perhaps this used to be true in the past, but I don't have that much knowledge of past-time male actors so I won't comment on that. However, in terms of modern times, I find this to be bullshit. A lot of the most recognized male actors such as Evan Stone, Christian XXX, Peter North, Manuel Ferrara, etc., are all not Jewish. Not to mention, there are so many non-Jewish male actors from the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, and other places. Bare in mind that there are definitely quite a few Jewish male actors still around but to say that there are a lot of them is a bit of stretch. What really made me laugh was Ron's reason for why the industry has few Jewish girls but many Jewish guys. He claimed that Jews are hard-working people who tend to get a high level of education. He said that Jewish parents raise their kids strictly so that they go on to college and become something of themselves. So what Ron? How does that explain why there would be many Jewish guys in porn? Do Jewish parents not care what their sons end up doing? lol...make some sense Ron.

I don't know where you live, but in America, engineers are not nerds who go crazy over every woman they see. Considering engineers in America tend to be very intelligent and make a lot of money, they don't ever need to bother chasing women. Women chase them considering how intelligence and wealth is such a sexy combination in the perspective of a woman.

I am confused! There are a lot of hot babes, and the lists provided by you all are truly fantastic. However, we need to clarify things a bit. Are we talking about "Jewish" as in a Religious Jew, in which case the ethnicity of the person can span anything (Ashkenazi Jews are Europeans ethically; while Mizrahi (Edot HaMizrach)Jews historically descend from Arabic heritage and Flasha Jews are African (mostly black from Ethiopia but are also from some North African countries). Please keep in mind that there were Jewish conversions throughout history, and various ethnic groups converted to Judaism, becoming religious Jews, but keeping their ethnicities. In the spirit of not hijacking the discussion, and because we all share a love for the babes listed, I wanted to clarify the point. If our said attraction is to "Jew" as a darker skin tone (see Nilli Willis or Susan Nero versus the more looking Nicole Moore or Daphne Rosen, two fine-looking babes by the way), that is an ethnic attraction, which can also include Arabic porn actors, such as Dalilah or Leah Jaye. If the attraction is to the religious "Jew", well ... I don't how to tell the difference, other than to ask the actor! That explains the point about Traci Lords for example, is she Jewish or did she lie? Does she believe in going to a church or a synagogue? The "study" he was referring to was probably the copy of the Spring 1989 issue of Shmate that I handed him back in the 1990s. It had interviews with Jewish porn stars and some articles about its significance, but no "study". The Hedgehog's memory is sporting some cobwebs.
My "Kosher Cheesecake" list is defined for optimal Jewishness, reflecting the historical reality of the Jewish people as a multiracial ethnic group with a variety of ties to Judaism both as an organized religion and as a culture. Therefore, we are talking about Jews in all the ways that you describe (except for Ms. Lords). I hope that clarifies matters.
I did guesswork with Lyra Lockhart , telling her she looked either Greek or Jewish . When she read that comment she got into a funny or joyful mood and responded with " Bingo " . ( One of the clues : Nose )

As a Jew, I'm mildly offended by your "nose" comment. That is such a stereotype. Not all Jews have big noses. Its really not a big deal and I'm not angry but am only pointing out that using the nose as a predictor of "Jewishness" is not always accurate. Growing up around Jews and living in a predominantly Jewish communities most of my life, I am pretty good at guessing who is a Jew and who is a shiksa.
Of the porn stars that I think are active, I would say that the most obvious performers that I believe to be Jewish, in my obviously Jewish opinion, are Abella Danger, Joanna Angel, Arabelle Raphael, and Casey Calvert. I think that the first three are no brainers. I'm just guessing about Calvert.
It´s true that this is not always the case with the nose .
Anyway , I thought twice about posting this detail ; but then I read through the older comments and saw that it already has been discussed with exhaustive background info . I thought it was ok on this thread .

Anyway , I like to watch sometimes women who have this kind of facial features and noses , and some of them are jewish and some not . In the case of Lyra it fit in .
As a sidenote , I also did some correct guesswork with Ashley Adams . Similar to Lyra , I thought she is either Jewish or Greek . I later found out she is of Irish , Italian and Greek background ( maybe even Jewish , who knows ? ) . BTW , they look like cousins to me .

As an active jewish performer, a lot of the comments in this thread make me incredibly uncomfortable. Never would have known there's a really fine line between curiosity, fetishizing religion, and antisemitism.
Anyway, jumping in here to say that the majority of my inappropriate fan reactions have come from jewish fans acting in unacceptable ways because I am also jewish.
Just saying maybe this thread can be a little more respectful.
Dear casey, I get what your saying. However , one of my all time favs is whitney stevens. That's why I read this topic. Many beautiful women.
