You should specify very specific parameters (i.e., only standing, deep 'ab-creases', etc. etc.), if you are looking for a specific look as recommendations can only conform to the original parameters specified. It is hard to describe if you do not have a clear understanding about what abs are. I can understand that it may be confusing to some (hence the many non ab picks)but if you remember the rule if you can see the ridges of the stomach and count to 4, 6 or 8 then that is what is called abs. They must have the "pack"for an extended period and not a micro second where the DVD is paused and you have to get out a magnifying glass and count the ridges. To us aficionados it is obvious when someone has abs and someone does not and I hope to entice more true aficionados to post female performers with real abs here. [Link]
