I wish to know the name of this episode or the names of two of the stars. The main character is a male prison guard who when asked his name by this beautiful blonde"Hey you Boy Scout- what's your name"he replies to gorgeous inmate with 'Charlie Parker'.

Charlie Parker is a bit of a gentleman who refuses to watch the women wash whilst he is on shower duty. This aggravates Blondie who comes up with these two quotes to Charlie Parker's quote that-"You are entitled to your privacy maam"

"What sort of gentleman are you- you won't look at her,you won't look at me" "You won't even come in and have a look at three beautiful naked women" "Won't even have a peek"

Soon there is a leso scene in the shower whilst one of the inmates and a female guard get it on. With this going on, the gorgeous blond crawls around the steamy shower room floor and then hops up naked on Charlie Parker's lap.
This movie was made no later than 1998 probably earlier say early to mid 1990's.
