I'll focus on scenes from 2019 to 2023 on Adult Time for a couple of reasons.

1. Adult Time: they have put a lot of emphasis on trans women on cis women action, so it's fitting with the nature of this thread.
2. Starting 2019: their signature "Transfixed" series started that year (well, technically the very first one came out at the end of 2018). Before 2019, their trans scenes were overwhelmingly cis men on trans women. Starting in 2019, these of course continued, but we got a lot more trans women/cis women scenes.

Anyway, before I start posting my results, anyone care to take some guesses? Who got the most views for her videos? Highest rated? Most commented? And who is the best girl overall? Hint: the contest is not close.

This is the first part of a multi-part study about trans scenes on Adult Time (AT) from 2019-2023. As I mentioned in a previous post, 2019 was the first year they started to seriously release trans female on cis female scenes, so that's why I choose it as the starting year.

My objective is to find out which trans girl is the most popular with the audience in terms of average views, ratings, and comments. I look at scenes produced by AT itself (not any partner content) starting on 1/1/2019 and ending on 12/27/2023 (the last scene of 2023), and ignore all solo or interview scenes. Such scenes, with their trans female cast name(s), views, rating, and comments (accurate as of Sunday 10/6/2024) are entered into a spreadsheet. Below are some broad statistics about these scenes and women.

-- There are 309 scenes. They have on average 39,994 views, a rating of 94.78, and 19.6 comments.

-- For comparison, when I did an analysis of 10 years of lesbian scenes on Adult Time from 2014 to 2023, those scenes (2,366 scenes) have an average of 30,711 views, a rating of 94.46, and 25.45 comments.

-- A total of 60 women (from now on, unless otherwise specified, "women" or "girls" refer to trans women) starred in them.

-- Ariel Demure has the most number of scenes at 29. 18 women are tied at 1 scene. The median number of scenes is 3.

One big problem, when it comes to determining the most popular woman, is the fact that older scenes have a longer time to accumulate more views and comments (and perhaps better rating). So if all the women are compared to each other as part of the same "pool," the results will artificially favor those who starred in the older scenes. Therefore I will try to compare them year-by-year - that is, I'll determine who are the best in each year by comparing them only against those who have released scenes in the same year, and then compare the annual lists. This will reduce (though not eliminate) the accumulation problem.

But here I run into another problem: the number of scenes released is highly uneven across the 5 years.

There were only 39 scenes in 2019, and then the pandemic reduced the output in 2020 to just 22, and 44 in 2021. It seems 22 is just too small a group. Therefore I've decided to combine the first two years as one group. This would give 4 "pools" of videos, 61 for 2019-2020, 44 for 2021, 106 for 20022, and 98 for 2023.

Before talking about specific models, in this part I will go over some of the most notable trans scenes on Adult Time from 2019 to 2013. Again, all numbers are accurate as of 10/6/24 when I entered the data.

First, the most viewed scenes.

The most viewed scene is the almost two hours long film "Office Ms. Conduct" with a giant cast. It includes trans girls Korra Del Rio, Emma Rose, Jade Venus & Ariel Demure, and cis girls Jane Wild, Jewelz Blu, Kira Noir & Ember Snow. It's the runaway winner at over 230k views.

At second place is the scene with trans girls Izzy Wilde & Jade Venus and cis girl Rebel Rhyder. Third place is an all-trans scene with Casey Kisses, Khloe Kay & Jade Venus. Fourth place is between trans girl Korra Del Rio and cis girl Spencer Bradley. Fifth place is a scene with trans girls Aubrey Kate & Casey Kisses and cis girl Febby Twigs. All of them have around 110k views.

It's interesting to note that among the top 5, four have trans/cis women pairings, one is an all-trans scene, and there's not a single scene with a male.

Second, the highest rated scenes, arranged chronologically.

Note the differences with the most viewed scenes. First, there is only one scene that overlaps with the top 5 most viewed (the threesome scene with Izzy Wilde, Jade Venus & Rebel Rhyder). Second, there are some male/trans women scenes, unlike the most viewed.

Lastly, here are the top 5 most commented scenes.

The last two scenes are tied at 5th place with 58 comments each. There are several things to note about these.

-- "Office Ms. Conduct" is both the most viewed and most commented scene.

-- Daisy Taylor's scene with Siri Dahl has a lot of comments praising its "trans lesbian" nature.

-- The Accidental Gangbang full cast is as follows: Jade Venus, Khloe Kay, Cherry Mavrik, Jenna Creed, Melanie Brooks, Ivory Mayhem, Jean Hollywood.

-- Like the "most viewed" list, but unlike the "highest rated" list, the most commented scenes also have no male presence.

Today I'll give some overall numbers when all models are compared to each other at the same time. As I mentioned in Part 1, those who starred in older scenes will have an advantage over those who starred in newer scenes - their scenes will have a longer time to accumulate more views and comments. So these comparisons are not really fair (I'll give year-by-year analysis in the future). These results are merely for reference, though perhaps you can already get some hints at who will eventually "win."

First, these are the women who have done the most number of scenes during 2019-2023.

The number of appearances can be influenced by availability, but it does have an indirect relationship with audience popularity - if the women are not well received, the producers won't keep booking them.

Some of these numbers in fact are quite high. Take Ariel Demure as an example. She starred her first scene for Adult Time in 02/2021. In just three years, she has done 29 scenes, or almost 10 scenes per year. In comparison, when I did my study of the stars of the lesbian scenes of Adult Time, Kenna James did the most scenes at 67. It took her more than 8 years to get there, or only about 8 scenes per year.

In order to compare the average views, rating, and comments of the total of 60 women who did scenes during this period (2019-23), I want to reduce the influence of "one hit wonders." In other words, I want to establish a minimum scene number as a cutoff - a model is in contention for "most popular/best girl" only if she has met this threshold. For simplicity, I'll just use the median number of scenes. For the 60 women during 2019-23, this is 3. So the following results are from the 27 women who have done at least 4 scenes or more.

Here are the ones with the highest average views.

The top 3 - Jade, Korra, and Jean - are extremely close. However, keep in mind both Korra and Jean have scenes from the very beginning of this period (2019), whereas Jade's first scene doesn't show up until 2021. Casey has done the fewest scenes among these - just 9 during the period under study 2019-23.

Here are the highest rated ones.

Hmm... I'm sensing a pattern at the top spot. Like Casey, Zariah is another model who is not in the top 10 in terms of scenes. She did only 7.

Here are the most commented models.

Emma is the winner. Number two through four are all quite close. By the way, you might wonder why comments matter? I won't bother you with the statistical details, but comments actually correlate much closer with view numbers than ratings.

Another thing to note is that, for reasons I explained earlier, I did not count those who have done 3 scenes or fewer. Had I included those who did 3 scenes, the runaway winner would have been Daisy Taylor (who did three scenes) who averaged 47.3 comments.

Best Trans Girls of Adult Time Part 4

In this part I will talk about some of the best of 2019-2020 (as I noted in part 1, I combined these two years because there are too few scenes produced in 2020). First, here are the most notable scenes of 2019-20.

The most viewed scene and the three highest rated scenes have already shown up earlier in the most popular scenes of the whole period of 2019-2023. The one scene that has not shown up before is the most commented scene with Khloe Kay.

Here are the girls who have done the most scenes in 2019-20.

Natalie Mars does the most at 9 scenes. Four others are tied at 6 each. Of the five, only Aubrey has done a significant number of scenes in the pre-2019 era for Adult Time.

There are a total of 26 women who did scenes during 2019-20. The median number of scenes is one. Using that as a cutoff, including only those who have done 2 scenes or more, there are a total of 13 women in contention for "Best Girl."

Here are the most popular/best girls of 2019-20, judged by average views, ratings, and comments.

Below are the 2nd to 5th place finishers in views, ratings, and comments. One notable woman is Kendall Penny, who does pretty well as 5th most viewed and 2nd highest rated, but has done only three scenes total for Adult Time. Checking IAFD, most of her work seem to be on manyvids.

Now who is best overall for 2019-20? Khloe Kay seems an obvious choice, as she's the most viewed and most commented. But what about Korra Del Rio or Jean Hollywood? I want to be more quantitative, so here's a simple scoring system.

For the most viewed top 5 - Khloe Kay, Jean Hollywood, Korra Del Rio, Jenna Creed, Kendall Penny - I give 5 points to Khloe, 4 to Jean, 3 to Korra, 2 to Jenna, and 1 to Kendall. I do the same for the top 5 in ratings, and the top 5 in comments. Then I add all of them up.

So for Khloe Kay, she gets 5 points from views and 5 from comments for finishing 1st place in both categories, but gets 0 point from rating as she's not in the top 5. So she gets a total of 10 points. Here are the complete results.

There is another more precise calculation method. Here I take "margins of victory" into account: that is, how much better a girl is than the average of that year. For example, Khloe Kay averages 72,728 views in 2019-20. All scenes during this period average 52,669 views. So Khloe's "margin" is (72728-52669)/52669 = 38% for views. So instead of giving her 5 points for being 1st place in views, I give her 5 x 1.38 = 6.9 points. Doing the same for all others, "adjusted" scores that take margins of victory in views, rating, and comments into consideration are as follows.

As you can see, here the two scoring systems give essentially the same results, especially at the top (this will not always be true in other years). Anyway, Khloe is clearly the best. When taking how much more well-received she is relative to the averages of 2019-20 into consideration, she's even further ahead of second place finisher Jean Hollywood.

Another thing to note abut Khloe is that, according to IAFD, she started doing mainstream/studio porn just the prior year in 2018. By the second year, she has already taken over the scene (at least on Adult Time). This is indeed an explosive start to her career.

In this part I'll talk about the best girls of 2021. First, below are the most popular scenes of this year.

All three have already shown up in the overall most popular scenes. Below are the girls who have appeared in the most scenes this year.

There are only 44 scenes in total this year. This is the first year Jade has done a scene for Adult Time, and she is tied with Korra at the top at 6 scenes. Jean, Casey and Crystal are tied at 3 scenes at 5th place.

The median number of scenes for all women is one scene. Counting only those who have done two scenes or more, there are 11 who are in contention for best girl.

Below are the most popular girls by views, ratings, and comments among them.

Khloe is once again the most viewed girl like in 2019-20. Jade, in her first year, is already the highest rated. As for Natalie, her high comments come from the two scenes she does in a two-part Transfixed Snow-White adaptation that co-stars cis girl Emily Willis, who incidentally won the AVN Female Performer of the Year in 2021.

Below are the 2nd to 5th place finishers in views, rating, and comments in 2021.

Jade Venus, coming in at 3rd most viewed, highest rated, and 4th most commented (tied with Korra Del Rio), is pretty obviously the best of the year. For a more quantitative answer, here are the calculations. "Adj. Score" stands for "adjusted scores," which takes into account how much better a girl is compared to that year's averages (see previous post for the exact method).

The top two - Jade and Khloe - are the same regardless of "adjustment" (with Khloe barely missing keeping her "Best Girl" crown from 2019-20). But it's interesting to note that the 3rd and 4th place finishers, Jean and Natalie, flip after the calculation takes into account of their respective "margins of victory" over that year's averages. Specifically, Natalie goes up from 4th to 3rd place because of her two Snow-White scenes with Emily Willis elicits a massive torrent of very positive comments.

Finally, similar to last year's winner Khloe Kay, Jade Venus also just began her mainstream porn career the prior year (2020). Her start in the industry is equally explosive.

All are part of the all-time best scenes that have already shown up in part 2 of this series of posts. Three scenes are tied at 99 in terms of rating. "Office Ms. Conduct" is both the most viewed and commented scenes during this entire period of 2019-2023, and quite possibly of all time on Adult Time.

The 230k views it has is very high. To put this in perspective, when I analyzed all lesbian scenes on Adult Time from 2014-2023, the most viewed scene only has 178k views. The 88 comments, however, is not as impressive when compared to lesbian scenes, the highest which has 143 comments.

Another interesting thing to note is that Zariah Aura's scene, which is rated at 99, is the only scene she did in 2022. This is in fact her first year in porn, at least in terms of studio/mainstream production. She would go on to do many more scenes for Adult Time and others in the future, and would win 2024 TEA (Trans Erotica Award) "Best Hardcore Performer" award.

Below are the girls who has done the most scenes this year.

The pandemic finally over, the production has ramped up in 2022. Jade tops the chart with 19 scenes. Emma and Kasey are tied at 5th place with 8 scenes each.

There are a total of 39 women who have done scenes this year. The median number of scenes is 2. Counting those who have done at least three scenes or more, here are the most popular girls of the year.

Korra's high views is driven primarily by two scenes, one is the wildly popular "Office Ms. Conduct," the other is her scene (titled "Her Frist Trans Encounter") with cis girl Spencer Bradley, which has over 110k views. Jade keeps her position from 2021 as the highest rated girl. And Emma Rose is the most commented star, despite 2022 being basically her first year on Adult Time (she had one scene in 2021).

Below are the 2nd to 5th place finishers in views, rating, and comments in 2022.

So who is the best girl of 2022? Below are the calculations of their "scores," based on the system I explained previously.

Emma Rose turns out to be the runaway winner of the year. She's the 2nd most viewed, 2nd highest rated, and most commented star. When taking her margins over the averages of that year into consideration ("adjusted score"), the distance between she and 2nd place finisher Jade is even bigger. At almost 8 points, this is in fact the biggest single-year margin between first and second place finisher.

Incidentally, Emma is also the winner of 2022 TEA "Best Hardcore Performer" award, having just won the "Best New Face" award in 2021.

As a side note on TEA, based on what I can tell, it seems to be the most notable award for trans porn performers (sort of the AVN award equivalent). My "Girl of The Year" for 2019-2020 is Khloe Kay. In both of those years Natalie Mars won "Hardcore Performer of the Year" in TEA. Jade Venus is my 2021 "Girl of the Year." That year Daisy Taylor won TEA's "Hardcore Performer of the Year."

Today I will talk about the scenes and girls of 2023. A total of 98 scenes are released this year. Below are the most popular ones judged by views, comments, and ratings.

Here are the girls who have had the most scenes in 2023, with two tied at top spot, and three tied at third place.

26 women have scenes this year. The median number of scenes they did is two. Counting among those who have done at least three or more scenes, which is 11, here are the most popular girls of the year.

Despite doing just 3 scenes, Jade Venus claims top spots in both views and ratings (and second place in comments, as I'll show in a moment). She released her first scene in 2021, and has been the highest rated girl ever since (2021, 2022, 2023). Emma repeats as the most commented girl this year, the same as 2022.

Below are the 2nd to 5th places in views and comments. For rating, it's 3rd to 5th, as there's tie at first place with Jade and Ariel.

OK this is the last part of my series that studies the trans girls who have done scenes for Adult Time from 2019 to 2023. Before presenting the final winners, let me just briefly restate my scoring system. I look at the top 5 finishers in each year's views, rating, and comments. First place finisher in each category is awarded 5 points, second place 4 points, and so on.

This gives a "raw" score. This is then further modified by looking at how much higher a woman's stat is relative to that year's average. For example, 5 points are given to the most viewed girl of the year. If her average view is 80,000 per scene that year, and all models average 40,000 views that year, then her margin is 100%. Her final adjusted score is increased by 100% to 10 points.

Without further ado, here are the three best trans girls of Adult Time from 2019 to 2023, based on their popularity with the audience in terms of views, rating, and comments.

As you can see, the difference between raw and adjusted score is not that big. Jade is the clear, dominant winner either way. However, the adjusted system does allow some "switches" -- Emma and Khloe, Eva and Nathalie, Kendall and Casey. It also helps to break the tie in "raw" score between Jean and Ariel.
