I realize you're discussing mainstream performers here, but when I got into BBW performing, I was amazed at the number of women who had very long "I Won't Do...." lists. I think everyone has certain things that they are just not ready or willing to do, but I was surprised by how long, and often complicated their list of rules was.

SCORE tends to have a lot of girls who don't/won't do actual hardcore (boy/girl insertion). I guess there's an audience for it because they still have a lot of girls who get DVDs devoted to them only doing softcore.
