If you are overweight, losing 35 pounds gives you an extra inch of penis. Otherwise, safe things like exercise and healthy diet increase circulation and blood flow. There should be the same number of nerve endings in a small penis than in a large penis, so the satisfaction should be the same (women have all those nerve endings in a very small package, and still have plenty of pleasure). A big, healthy penis looks good, and women enjoy seeing a nice bulge. On the other hand, freakishly large penises can have trouble getting enough blood to get fully hard. [Link] |

You can't do much about your penis size. It's like your overall height, you're mostly stuck with it. If you want to do well with women, you'd be better off worrying about (and working on) things you CAN improve, like personality and technique. I would bet, simply from all the women I know, that most would trade penis size for a guy who likes to dance. [Link] |
