Bought an SG Video DVD recently, works fine except for the fast forward, which doesn't work until the end of the first scene, the other scenes seem OK in that regard.

First time I witness this on a regular DVD, I know the fast forward feature doesn't work in the multiple angle DVDs I have but this SG DVD is not multiple angle.

Could have been authored that way...it's not uncommon to have segments in non-VR titles that prohibit searching or skipping. Just look at a lot of the compliance notices and/or studio titles at the beginning of discs (or phone sex ads, in Vivid's case).

Does that chapter have something else "extra" on it? A couple of my DVD players have problems when a DVD has the feature that allows you to jump to another chapter (like directly to the cum shot) or if there is some kind of "bonus" footage associated with the chapter, like the "behind the scenes" footage that is sometimes in a Seymore Butts DVD.
