It's hard to explain it without you hearing her talk, but she has a really laid back draw to her voice. "Dopey" is a perfect word to explain it. In fact, she even mentioned that people think she's retarded when they first meet her because of her speech pattern. I laughed at that... and it made me feel better about thinking it, too. It's been my experience that some girls are 100% business. They come in, do their work and leave without any type of connection to their environment, and that's fine. However, it's refreshing when a girl like Tricia Oaks comes in and is all about being professional BUT also enjoying herself and having fun.
